I have a knack for thinking outside the box, making people laugh, and singing at the top of my lungs (when appropriate). A small claim to fame was singing on the stage of New York’s Carnegie Hall! I love the ocean and fancy myself a photographer and a fashionista. My favorite thing to do is help people, whether feeding them a four-course meal or helping YOU to find a forever home.

Growing up on the North Carolina coast of Oak Island, where surfer gear and swimsuits were part of the lax “dress code,” my family uprooted to Louisiana, where parochial schools and knee-length plaid skirts were the rule. I was swept into a whole new dialect of Mardi Gras, beignets, and French last names. People have said that I have a chameleon-like ability to get along with all types of people as a result of my cross-cultural upbringing, but a decade ago, I decided to return to my original home of North Carolina.

My one and only daughter is by far my crowning achievement. I love dogs and birdwatching on the back porch at our 150 year old Victorian farmhouse, which is like having a second child as far as attention and maintenance! 

I practiced interior design in Baton Rouge and New Orleans for 20+ years. I also became well versed in professional organizing and staging services. Custom upholstery, contemporary art, and lighting design are lifelong passions of mine. Luckily, real estate offers the opportunity to parlez these skills on a daily basis.

Now, as a full-time professional real estate agent, I am ready to help you sell your home with complimentary staging advice and color consultations. But as a self admitted "shopaholic" I do enjoy working with buyers to track down a forever home, with an eye for the proper scale of furnishings to suit your lifestyle.
